For medium windows
Advantages: * Effectively removes dirt from windows.* * *Features built-in sprinklers** for convenient water application. * **Ideal for houses with large or hard-to-reach windows.** * **Easy to use.** * **Comes with several reusable pads.** **Disadvantages:** * **Lacks a smartphone application** for control or monitoring. * Relies solely on a remote control.** If the remote malfunctions or is lost, the device becomes unusable. * No way to verify sprinkler functionality** before starting a cleaning cycle (you only know if they work once the machine begins). * **Can be noisy during operation.**

Must have if your windows are unreachable from the ground
Our windows are on the second story - I'm too unsure to get on a ladder to clean them and don't like paying someone $150 to clean them. This is a real game-changer - I'm real happy with it. Note that if your windows are exceptionally dirty (mine were), the first time you run it it will probably leave swirls. No worries, just change the pads and run it again and your windows will come out sparkling - mostly. It can't get corners (because the pads are round...). I found an issue with my sliding glass door: it has a very low-angle bevel seal around the edge - when the pad slides up the bevel, that's enough to break the vacuum and cause the unit to fall off. It's very tough and, although it hit the concrete pretty hard, I stuck it back on the window and it continued right on. For the sliding glass door, I have to baby-sit it and just put my hand against the edge to get it to turn and continue. Sometimes, it gets lost and doesn't complete a track. The remote comes in handy for such occasions. Note that you have to fully pause it before setting a direction. Once you're in 'manual' remote mode, when it reaches an edge it will just sit there waiting for your next command. If you hit the play/pause button, then it will continue in automatic mode.

No he recibido respuesta a mi preguanta
El Robert deja marcas de redondas en el cristal, que tendría que hacer para que limpie bien? Limpie de polvo el vidrio primero y luego puse el robot y deja marcas redondas

Requires a Learning Curve
I was so excited to learn about the new generation of window washing robots. I couldn't wait to buy one. I did extensive research, comparisons, and how-to video watching. I settled on this Tosima W3. I wanted it to work so badly. But perhaps I expected too much. This device definitely requires a learning curve. I have now used it five times, in three different areas of my home, inside and out. And I have a little higher opinion of it, than I did at first. The first attempt barely completed the task, but the last assignment was flawless. Hence the learning curve. PROS: The machine is good quality, the suction is adequate, there are sufficient cleaning pads, and it does a good job of cleaning. It works best on large, unobstructed, straight windows with no window treatments. If this is all you have, it will work well for you. Because the windows look nice, once it's done. CONS: And, there are many! 1. The machine is kind of heavy, when it falls...it falls hard. And it does fall! Never leave it alone on high up windows. 2. The cleaning pads are difficult to put on and take off, especially for old arthritic fingers. 3. It is loud. I live next to a golf course, and I thought the players and/or the neighbors were going to complain about the noise, but they didn't. 4, When it falls, or gets stuck in a small space, the rotator wheels get dislodged (causing it to fall). There are no instructions on how to put them back on, or fix one that has only partially come off. 5. The remote is not easy to figure out on its face. The book is helpful tho'. 6. The spray takes a LONG TIME to work. 7. The safety rope sounds good on the surface, but realistically, its not of much use. Most of the time, there is nothing to attach it to, unless you want to put hooks in your ceiling. If you make the rope too short, it won't reach all the window. And in the event of a high up fall, I think the device could likely break any window below it, in it's first bounce or swing. But, I think this is probably an issue with just about any window robot. And two things I did not hear in any of the reviews or videos: 1. Inside mount shades or blinds may affect its ability. It will depend on how much clearance there is between the fully raised blinds or shades and the device. It is several inches think. I had one set of shades that worked, and one set of plantation shutters that did not, causing it to fall. 2. Finally, the minimum dimension of a window is twice as large as I expected. I ordered a "slim" model, because I have small windows that slide to open. It doesn't work on these windows, because it can only travel by circular motion. It can't travel straight in any direction. All in all...tho' I am still learning...I think it will work for me, in the long run. It does not actually save any time, as it's not speedy. But it does keep me off ladders, and save my arm and shoulders. Not my neck...because I still have to look up! But, pushing buttons is much easier than climbing ladders and cleaning windows, for this old lady!

Does not work with some common types of window frames
This robot is a very good idea and came recommended from my relative. Unfortunately implementation is not as good as I hoped. We have plastic double glazing and the plastic is only about 1/16" thick where it meets the glass. That is evidently not enough for the robot to determine where the glass ends and the frame starts. It rolls on the frame, loses vacuum and either starts beeping or just falls down. This happens every time it gets to the edge of the glass, which makes it useless. The requirement of a minimal frame thickness is not mentioned in the manual, which it should have been. In my experience the remote does not work reliably either. Maybe because it supposed to reach through two panes of glass or for some other reason, I had to press a button many times before the robot actually gets the command if it does at all. In my view this robot makes sense only for really large windows and have to be used frequently. It cannot remove old dirt with just water, so must be used frequently not to allow any dirt to set in.
