Best alcohol free toner

This toner is Awesome. It's alcohol free. It doesn't dry your skin. Neither does it make your skin oily. I haven't found a better toner than Lotus Professional Phtyto Rx Toner. It removes dirt n oil from skin and soothes the skin.
