I would have given 5 stars if it had an extendable telephone cord like tubing. And also it would be good if it had two hooks to prevent it from turning once fixed on the wall.

Needle is defective(bent).Replacement also too bad.Really disappointing experience.
Received defective product twice Opted for a refund second time.First time the needle was found lying loose at the dial bottom.Second time it was found fixed to the fulcrum but was handicapped( bent in the middle)Sad that DIAMOND doesn't know how to fix a needle properly....moving like a bullockcart on a potholed road!!!
