This product exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, none of the products included in the kit had a bad smell like I have found in the past with previous purchases. The strap included is adjustable and fits my head perfectly which is also another problem I have encountered before. I decided to buy this product since it bundles everything I buy separately anyways and it saved me a few bucks, plus bringing an extra bonus of the e-book. I read through it quickly and I have to say I learned a few things from it and I am already applying it to my daily life. The strap kept sliding and hurting the back of my ears. It was very hard to get rest. Much worse rest than wearing nothing.

This was very comfortable and easy to use

It just did not work for my husband, we tried this and similar products and nothing! We had to return ... I can say that the product is good quality in relation to the price ... I will have to use earplugs. that bad :(

Your mouth can easily open with the uncomfortable chin strap. Will be returning.
