from a great up and coming band
quite a short album, most of the songs are between 2-3 minutes, but as soon as it ends, I put it right back to the start and listen again. Really lovely music, from a great up and coming band. Vocals and guitar really stand out, and the variety of instruments adds layers to the music which leaves every song feelings unique. A distinct sound, and easy listening.

Looking forward to the difficult second album!
Short, but perfectly formed. An album of what may be termed 'homely sophistication'. Sometimes melancholic, but always melodic, and often bouncy, packed with hum-mable refrains. Particularly liked the instrumental, 'Red Moon' and the closing track, 'Follow', which most reminds me of their great set at the equally great Knee Deep festival this year. - from Chicago to Cornwall and we're so glad they came all that way!
