This one was delivered on time.I had a company over from my son’s work place.Tempered plain boiled basmati rice with shah jeera instead of using regular cumin seeds.Served with Pea and Paneer gravy.OMGLooked very delicious .It was really liked by our friends.Makes your rice, biryanis, pilaf , gravies so special.Gives a unique depth and complexity to the flavour.Love it 😍

Very good flavor.
I like it. it is not as pungent as "white" cumin, but has a better flavor in my opinion.
