Yep, they do the job perfectly and the price is what you'd pay for one of the copper ones. Get these and save some money, the silicon ones don't work.These will give you crispy crust and creamy inside. I use Bruno Albouze's recipe.

rapport qualité prix imbattable les cannelés se démoule sans problème aucune comparaison avec les moules silicone.les cannelés sont bien caramélisés craquant a l'extérieur et fondant a l'intérieur.
