It's not quiet. It works perfectly. It sounds good.
Still in use - zero issues so far 3 months later and nothing paired has needed repairing.Battery life on receive mode is pretty great.I read the lower star reviews and bought it anyway with a possible return in mind.Edit after a few weeks use and trips around the globe, used on planes and cars, zero issues with the device being in close proximity, volume is still loud, everything still connects without needing a resync, nothing broken.Zero issues.Easy to link to my headphones, phone and buds first time.Quality of sound was fine, it's no device for flac and audiophiles but it's perfect for daily use with music and movies, it was just like my anker speaker. The device was a bit bass heavy though(not boomy, like adding a sub to your tinny speakers bassy) but lucky for me, i like my eq bassy. Now, the biggy, volume level. You have to hold the volume up once it hits the limit, like your phone pops up with a loud volume warning, just vol up a few times the press and hold it. I could not put my buds anywhere near my ears at the devices full volume.Quality wise, it will remain to be seen as to it holding up with being chucked in a bag and taken travelling or flapping around in the car.I will certainly update this review if i run into any technical or quality issues.

A bit fiddly to pair but works ok
This little gizmo works as expected but really you need to pay attention to the instructions. I used in the TX mode where I connected it (using mini-jack) to a hifi system and connect sony bluetooth headphones to it.Initially I had issues where the transmitter - basically paring if ever happened it was taking very long time. The "A" light was on, but the main transmitter button was blinking red and blue claiming it is in pairing mode. And this was for very long and never really finished pairing. It turned out the transmitter must be disconnected from the hifi system during pairing. Also, I noticed that the order of turning things into pairing mode matters and influence heavily the time the paring takes. Finally I found a way to do the pairing very quickly:1. Start with both the transmitter and the headphones off. The transmitter is also disconnected from its mini-jack.2. Turn on headphones into pairing mode.3. Turn on the transmitter into pairing mode (ensure its in TX mode) by pressing the main button for 5sec.4. After a few seconds the transmitter should blink only in blue.5. Connect the transmitter to your hifi system via mini-jack.6. Enjoy the music in your headphones!Hopefully this can help someone.Overall, the transmitter is pretty good. I move around my house with pretty thick bricked walls and still having no big issues with the connection.

Excellent!
They are neat, easy to use, though sometimes the pairing takes a number of attempts! I have two, because I'm attaching a non-Bluetooth music machine to non-Bluetooth speaker sets. Using one a transmitter and one a receiver. They are REALLY portable! And they do away with metres of connector wire! They lose the 5th point because they are temperamental when trying to pair up, and also they lose power quite rapidly, so f they need to be in continuously for more than 30 minutes they have to be connected to a power source while in use.

Worked with some headphones
I bought this device because of my poor hearing and the mysterious fact that many TVs don't have built in Bluetooth devices.First thing to point out is that you will need a magnifying glass to read the tiny print in the instruction manual, especially the diagram labels. However, it is well written and easy to follow.Connecting the device to Bluetooth headphones was a mixed experience and, possessing three pairs of Bluetooth headphones, I was able to do a thorough test. . My Bose headphones would not connect, no matter how many times I reset everything and tried again. However, cheap headphones from Lidl connected immediately. Then, having switched off for the night, they didn’t pair the following morning. Baffled and will do more research. One thing I did notice, and someone else did too, there’s a background hum (around 500 Hz I think) when listening with the headphones. It’s only audible during quieter moments. Some may find it annoying and some not.Credit to the sellers; they have offered a refund so purchasing this item is essentially risk free.

Bluetooth transmitter and receiver
I bought this to replace a previous item from another brand which had faulty wiring, this one works great with my Nintendo Switch and allows me to use my Bluetooth ear buds, also works equally as well on my iPod classic. Works exactly as it should and looks high end too, plus it's easy to use and pair. If I have one recommendation it would be to purchase an extender cable so it eases stress on the short length of cable which can cause wiring to fray. Highly recommend.

Excellent connection, no break-up
My wife wanted to watch TV in the bedroom without disturbing my daughter. We bought this, plugged into the TV and paired up with some Sony Bluetooth headphones.Really simple to set up and works perfectly. Never any interference or connection issues.

Lip sync problem
First used on a flight when I noticed very poor lip sync. Tested at home on a different source of video, still unacceptable lip sync. Compared to a Philips blue tooth receiver - no problem found. Returned item.

It's Great at what it does and no annoying lag
I've used this dongle several times and I haven't had any issue with it. It's simple enough to connect to your wireless headphones and the fact that there is no lag in what you're hearing and seeing is great. Also, the fact that you can connect it to two headphones simultaneously is a nice bonus.Overall, I highly recommend this product.
