Works Well!!
My wife and I take a brisk three mile walk each morning. The Zenflex Running Belt solved the problem of where to carry my water bottle. The pouch holds a standard water bottle snugly in place, and the belt offers a small zipper pocket that will store keys or a cell phone. I carry an I Phone 6 wraped in an Otter Box and the phone fits in the pocket. However, the phone and keys placed together in the pocket would be a tight fit. The belt expands to fit my 36 inch waist, but I think it would be a tight fit around a 40 inch waist. The belt was an inexpensive solution to my water bottle concern.

I like! I like! One tiny flaw....
I have been scouring the internet for a solution to shorter walking/hiking situations where you can carry a water bottle without a backpack. This is a GREAT solution! Wearable around the waist and that additionally has a securely zippered pocket that accommodates cell phones (I have an iPhone X but my bigger old iPhone 6s Plus also fits easily) and has a headphone port to feed your chord through.... also holds keys, money, etc.The body facing side has a breathable mesh that I think repels sweat very well. The small grey reflective strips are a nice addition for added safety.I don't use this for running so I can't speak to that but for walking/hiking/biking/ or any other activity where you need your essential personal items and a beverage, this is a very nice product. A normal 16.9 grocery store bought bottled water fits easily with even more room to spare.I wish I could only take off half a star because it has a slight flaw that Im not even sure is solvable...If you wear this with the beveridge and pocket compartments in the front, then yes things are very accessible BUT bulky and oddly placed while moving around. If you spin them to the back, they are not as easily accessible but not a big deal for me. However, the water bottle "top" will hit your arm as you walk and naturally swing your arms unless you nearly center it on your back.I've seen options that come with their own shorter bottles but personally I don't want the chore of removing/washing/filling these....All in all it's a good solid very well-made product and I'm happy with it.

I basically got spanked by my water bottle for 7 miles.
I was elated to receive this package. Firstly, I obviously read the description incorrectly, thinking that it included a water bottle. But when I went to put a water bottle in the holder, the elastic band broke immediately. (picture attached) I debated on returning it, but I really don't feel like dealing with the hassle of returning it, so I went ahead and sewed the elastic band back on. Not sure how well it'll hold, as I am not an expert seamstress. I'll update this review after I get a few runs in with it.*UPDATE* I went for my first run with it, which was more of a hike with spurts of running on trails, sidewalks and roads. For hiking, this is quite nice and comfortable to wear. As for running? not so much. The waist band hikes up and the pouch flops against you. I basically got spanked by my water bottle for 7 miles. I can be quite kinky, but not with a water bottle. The elastic band that I had mended did not hold up. It broke again. I will be returning it, and searching for a different style.

the pouch is good to put keys
Light weight. Fits snug with adjustable belt. The band holding the water container broke the third day of use. On a positive note, the pouch is good to put keys, etc with a zipper to keep items safe. .

Most of my bottles can fit th bottle holder and it is very easy to take bottle out and put back the holder ...
This is exact what I have been looking for in my 2+ years marathon practices, which is able to carry a cell phone, couple keys, couple energy Gus, and a water bottle. Most of my bottles can fit th bottle holder and it is very easy to take bottle out and put back the holder with one hand while I am running. Minimum burden is felt during my run. I recommend it. BTW, it is a reasonable price too.

Running belt that stays put!
A running belt that works for me finally. I've tried a few others like the ones with the 2 bottles on the sides and those just bounced up and down and slid down. The way the bottle sits at an angle keeps the weight distributed and it stays put with very minimal bounce if it is tight enough. I've used it for several 10+ mile runs and I find a 20oz gatorade bottle with water works best. It works in the front or back. The pocket is good although a large smart phone fits but barely and leaves room for not much else. A key hook would make it perfect in case is ever came open during a trail run. I'm glad its a buckle, Velcro is good but wears out after a while. Happy overall.
