Absolutely love this product! The flavor is awesome. I really don’t like plain water (yes, I’m one of those people), and this makes staying hydrated so much easier. Even half a scoop is enough for me, which is great value. I also appreciate that it’s not high in sodium, so it works well for people who suffer from migraines. It still includes potassium and other electrolytes that are actually beneficial. This has become a daily staple for me.

Delicious. I use this when fasting and it really helps kee me energizes, kinda and hunger cravings away for upto 3 hours.

Ghost Intra has honestly made the biggest difference with my weightlifting workouts. The sustained energy, hydration, and calming make a huge difference! The KSM-66 REALLY calms my nerves during and after my workouts (used to feel stressed after but this calms me down so much; almost to the point of relaxation). The recommended water to powder ratio seems a little off. At 16oz of water, it’s a bit grainy feeling and chalky tasting. I’m going to try the Welches Grape flavor next time and see if that changes it at all. If it doesn’t, I've gotten used to it already and the benefits greatly outweigh the taste/texture issue. If you are on the fence about it, BUY it for the workout benefits, but maybe don’t get the Lemon Lime flavor unless you’re going to be mixing it with a lot of water.

I’ve tried so many different amino acids from all kinds of different brands. And so far this one has topped them all. It’s effective, dissolved/mixed quickly and tastes absolutely amazing. No harsh artificial sweeteners taste or after taste left behind. I was actually able to tolerate drinking this before, during and after my workout like what I usually do with amino acids etc. I also like the ingredients in this product. The amino acids, electrolytes and also the additional supplements. I would highly recommend this product and I will be getting again.

Love the taste but you do have to shake it a substantial amount to avoid clotting. Nothing a good shaker bottle can’t handle. Ghost is so awesome with its flavors that it worth the effort.

Ghost has a fan. I like this orange squeeze flavor not bad but i am sure the others are a slight bit better but it does the job the taste ill give it a 7 out a of 10 for now. I gotta see maybe i need to add more to make it sweeeter

I’ve been using GHOST Intra-Workout Powder (Orange Squeeze) daily during my workouts, and it’s become a regular part of my training routine. I strength train consistently, and this is one of the few intra-workouts I actually enjoy drinking. Taste: Orange Squeeze is my favorite flavor. The sweetness is easy to adjust depending on how much water you use — more water makes it lighter, less water makes it much sweeter. I like that I can customize it instead of being stuck with an overpowering flavor. How I use it: I sip this throughout my workout, usually over 60–90 minutes. It mixes easily and doesn’t upset my stomach, which is a big plus for me. Pros: • Flavor strength is adjustable • Mixes well with no gritty texture • Easy to sip during workouts • No digestive issues Cons: • More expensive than basic electrolyte powders Who this is for: Great for strength training or longer workouts when you want something you can sip without stomach discomfort. Overall, this is a product I use every day and plan to keep repurchasing. Orange Squeeze is my go-to flavor.

Anyone else notice a very strong pungent smell from their water bottle when using this? It tastes ok but when bottled up (dissolved in water) there’s a really unpleasant odor after the first 30-60 minutes.
