This camera is riddled with defects. Do not purchase it under any circumstances.
Do not buy this product. The zoom is so out of focus that the screen is almost unwatchable. Every time the camera performs its daily safety reboot, the pan-tilt settings reset to the default position instead of returning to the preset angle. I have to manually readjust the camera position every single day. The wall mounting bracket provided for installation is also defective and extremely inconvenient. The connection between the bracket and the camera is poorly designed and doesn't fit properly. I have installed over 50 IP cameras throughout my life, and I have never seen a product as flawed as this one. I installed this at my sister's house and left it for two months, thinking the only issue was the mounting bracket. I went through all that trouble to install it, only to hear about these problems from her later. After testing it myself, I realized too late that this camera has many critical defects. At this point, I can’t even get a refund or return it.

Technical Issue: Image Quality Degradation

At first, the image quality was clear, but it has become extremely blurry and unusable for security surveillance after only a short time in operation. I have reached out to the seller two times since regarding this technical failure, but I have received zero response. As a builder, I need a reliable, sharp image to monitor construction sites. Given the lack of support, I am very disappointed. I am waiting for an immediate response to resolve this; otherwise, I will be forced to return the entire system for a full refund."*

Not compatible with Hikvision
I tried several times to reach out for tech support. Very slow answering and no advice given. The camera will not show up on my monitor. “Unsupported stream type”” is what is displayed next to the rest of my camera feeds.Save your money and buy something that’s proven to work with Hikvision.
