Very Effective
This is a dog collar that will be effective for your needs. Great adjustable strap, has a micro usb charging system. You can set it between vibration, shock, or vibration and shock. There is also a test blow hole so you can experience the shock and vibration intensity before you even equip it to your dog. It has a wide and adjustable strap to fit around small to large dogs for maximum comfort.

It works!
My German Shepard developed a "whining" problem when put in her kennel. The collar worked wonderfully with just vibration mode used. I could not give a rating of 5 stars since the device started vibrating for no reason at all, and/or, she was lying down in her crate. It has happened about 3 times so I do not recommend using the collar if you are not within earshot of your dog and the device. However, the collar worked beautifully to stop her whining when crated. We never had to use the shock mode.

It works, just give it a little time.
The first couple of days after using I just thought my dog was really stubborn because he would still continue to bark. So, I decided to bump up the vibrating and he got surprised. After that, it has worked. I now just show it to him if he starts to bark and he stops!

a miracle
This collar has been a small miracle in helping my sick father nap! One of his dogs always barks nonstop and wakes him up, and we were reluctant to try anti-bark collars before out of fear that they weren't humane. This one has different modes, so that's not a concern anymore. It works very well.

A Gift with no complaints
I bought this as a gift for a friend. I haven't gotten a ton of feedback but I haven't heard any complaints either! I told her to tell me if she didn't like it and I would send it back. That hasn't happened so I suppose she likes it. She did say that it was the same model suggested by her dog trainer.

Good idea
This is a great way to help train the puppy not to bark all the time!

Works
I'm not totally sure that my dog is getting the static shock. But the beep sound and vibration definitely helps curb the barking. We don't keep her in the collar all the time but it's definitely helped. We have a small-to-medium sized dog

Doesn’t work
Does not stay charged and has not stopped my dogs from barking at all! Save your money!!
