This ice pack is simply amazing!
The medium -large size and the varied length straps can be placed pretty much anywhere you in need it!The gel inside stays cold for a long time, longer than I've ever needed it. All you need to do is, As the pack becomes cool (not freezing) I leave it on my neck and fall asleep, just shows you how soft and comfortable the material is.Also the fact that it is a gel pack makes it even better as once the freeze is off and its cold it conforms to your body where you put it completely.Leave it in a freezer until you actually want to use it and then slip it into the sleeve that comes with and bam! you're done.I love how the sleeve is mesh on one side and not the other so the cold from the actual pack really only goes to where you need it.The gel packs and pouch/Velcro are excellent for wrapping around your leg, foot, or arm, it's so quick and easy. It gives wonderful relief. This truly has saved me numerous times from having to get the old school ice bottle.I highly recommend this to anyone that has any sort of muscle aches or problems!
