MERACH Stair Stepper with Adjustable Resistance, Foldable Stair Climber

Absolutely in love with this machine! SUPER easy to set up and use. You immediately feel the pressure in your thighs the moment you begin using it. I was sweating like if the sun was pissed off shining inside my room! 😮‍💨 It definitely gives you a nice workout. I would really recommend it. Worth the price and lightweight but not to the point where you feel you might fall. Unless you suffer from vertigo then I don’t recommend this machine. Only because it’s a bit high but it also depends on your height. My arms can literally touch the ceiling when I’m on it. I’m 5’6. If you’re a petite person don’t worry the handle bar can be adjusted to your height which is a HUGE plus for me. So far 9/10 only because it’s freshly new and I’m hoping there’s no damages with further use. Not noisy at all and the functionality is super smooth and at the same time sturdy. The steps where you lay your foot can also be adjusted to three levels. So the differences are as if you’re climbing stairs to suddenly hills depending on the adjustment you prefer. Definitely a calorie burner. Also really easy to fold and put away anywhere. It will fit pretty much any spot and won’t be on the way.

Product was neatly packed and took about 8 minutes for me to put together alone. The instructions are a little confusing at first but overall easy to follow. I'm finding the collapsible option beneficial as I'm storing it under my couch. Takes about 1 minute to unfold it or fold it up, and is not very heavy or awkward to move around.As other reviews mention, there is no resistance in the pedals so the cardio workout comes mainly from gravity and increasing speed. Haven't tried yet, but could get a better workout with some hand held weights. I felt sturdy and balanced when using it.For the price, I think this is a great option for small spaces and getting some extra leg exercise / light cardio in while watching TV. Recommend

I like the portability of the equipment. It was easy to set up and put away.The build quality is pretty good, everything works as intended, and tights and loosens as they should.I find the workouts work best when you don't fully extend your leg to the bottom end, but to stop just short of reaching the bottom, keeping at that pace and rhythm I was able to get a good workout.The step counter and tracker works well enough, I do notice the timer does go a bit quick at times, but works well enough for tracking.I would have liked a bit more versatility with the handles. The resistance doesn't seem to have much difference between the many levels. Its also not clear what each of the resistance positioning does, and with the resistance being very similar to each other, it was hard to gauge if it was increasing or decreasing resistance.Overall, its a great portable workout equipment, able to quickly put in a workout in front of a show or movie with ease.

So far so good. I have only used it like 4 times so I cannot say how good its durability is. It was easy to assemble and it's a decent workout. I like that it doesn't take up much room, and fairly easy to move around by myself as it's not too heavy. Since I can get bored with new exercise equipment, I like that it didn't cost too much. Originally I was looking at a $500 one and then found this.

I received this and had my handyman put it together. There seems to be some parts missing. Since we don’t have them and don’t know where they go, we contacted the manufacturer and asked for a refund. It was almost put together. They asked that I send pictures of what was missing and where they go, which makes no sense. I tried to resolve this to AMAZON and they closed my claim. I am beyond LIVID. I’m stuck with a stepper I can’t use, can’t send it back and no one will give me my money back. Greatly disappointed in both companies. Don’t order from this company.

Love it! Super easy to put together and very sturdy

I absolutely love this at-home stair stepper! It’s compact, easy to use, and gives me a great workout without taking up much space. I can squeeze in a quick cardio session anytime, even on busy days. I really wanted to like this stepper because the concept is great and it’s compact and easy to use. Giving it 3 starts because the idea is there, but the execution makes it hard to actually use. Unfortunately, the pedals are extremely short. I’m a women’s size 7, and even with my foot placed carefully, my heel hangs off the back of the pedal. After just a few minutes of use, all the pressure ends up on the ball of my foot, which makes my feet feel like they’re on fire. Because my heel isn’t supported, my posture shifts to compensate and I start feeling pain in my lower back as well. The machine itself works, but the pedal design makes it uncomfortable and unsustainable for workouts. Longer pedals or better heel support would make a huge difference.
