Has everything I need!
Finally a b-complex comprehensive enough and tasty enough to give my kids. My kids take it willingly and I feel good about them getting enough B vitamins. I have definitely noticed a difference in their mental state and mood. My son is more prone to being stressed out. High stress tends to burn up B1 in your body pretty fast so having a vitamin heโs willing to take to replace it is absolutely wonderful!

Super yummy and comprehensive
These are freaking delicious. I love gummy vitamins because I have such a sweet tooth. From dreading taking a stanky b vitamin capsule, eating this gummy has become one of the best parts of my day! I love that there is two different textures with this gummy. The orangey inside is more like a jelly, the outside is more like a gummy. As for its efficacy, I have absolutely no idea because iโve been taking b vitamins for a long time without break. However, I have not had any negative side effects from switching to this brand. The only thing I think is slightly lacking for my purpose might be B5. I was recommended not to eat this at the same time as another B complex vitamin. As the amount of B vitamins in this product is quite comprehensive and sufficient.

many supps combined - good taste
The doctor that I follow says to take the methylated B as this is. I listen to the You tube doctors and they also talk about B1 in the form of benfotamine. This also contains omega 3's as well as many other benefits. I like that many supplements are combined in one. They are easy to take and taste good as well. Update; I have been taking these for a few weeks now combined with the minerals in thyroid support and I feel energized. No more afternoon slump!

Most comprehensive I could find
Taste good, and my blood vessels have been healing. I am a diabetic and I get tingly feelings in my hands in my feet supposedly due to my blood vessels. After taking this for about a week or so, my handsome feet stopped tingling. From what I could find this is the most comprehensive complex for the money.

Very good vitamin B supplement
This is the best vitamin B supplement Iโve ever used. It has the most Bโs Iโve been able to find. The taste and texture of the gummy is also exceptional. Go for it.
