It's a great pre workout not chalky and desolves quickly add ice in summer it's a game changer especially at work with heavy lifting just remember to drink slow as drinking fast can make your face feel really tingly

Great pre workout, taste is quite sour, mixes really easy don’t even need a shaker. Great energy while working out with no crash. Definitely see an increase in energy and focus and a great price too.
