Happy with item
Not sure why some people say this thing is super noisy or that the fans barely spin. That hasn't been my experience at all, I don't hear this thing at all. And the way it pulls the heat from the console and vents it out is nice. So many other cooling systems just force air into the console and keep the warm air circulating around, this is pulling that air out and keeping your system cooler. It also has an auto/intelligent setting so that it kicks on when it needs to, unlike some where your only choices are always on or always off. This will kick on as needed and when you shut your console off, it turns off as well. Much more convenient to not have to remember to turn off multiple things. This was a set and forget thing and has been pretty nice.

Started off with great hopes but now disappointed
Updated: well after not even a full month this fan is already having issues. It’s is still working but making a grinding noise. It’s only a matter of time before it fully breaks. Started off with great hopes. Oh well.So the first time I started up the Xbox One X and played a 4K game the box overheated and shut down on me and I was in an awesome match. So I immediately started looking into my options. I found this little fan on Amazon and for the price I figured it couldn’t hurt to give it a chance. I have to say that since I’ve installed this fan and started using a vertical stand I haven’t had any issues with overheating. This fan works really well with pulling heat out of the machine. The Auto fan isn’t as nice as I would have liked. It is weird sometimes where it just constantly turns on and off. So what I’ve been doing is if I’m playing games I’ll turn it onto Auto. If I’m watching videos, YouTube, Netflix, etc I turn it off because the fan that is in the system is enough to keep it cool. I think this is a good buy and I hope this review helps.

Great product
This product came in just under 2 days and works as expected. All of these people are complaining about noise. Yes it does get a little loud but, what do you expect? It's cooling like it's supposed to. My Xbox One X would get hot and start lagging. I connected these and it's doing amazing! The heat is getting out of the Xbox quicker. I do recommend that the people complaining get canned air and clean their Xbox out. You need to have the sides free of dirt and debris so it can draw in cool air. Like most things, it collects dust from the air. Again definitely recommend this product. Thank you guys.

Fans are weak. Otherwise not bad for the price.
I bought this product because it was one of the few I could find that turns on and off automatically when needed. And so far it seems to do that pretty well.My only disappointment really, is how weak the fans actually are, when running I can barely feel any air flowing through. And my Xbox still heats up to a scary level. Although, for the price I paid, I can't be too disappointed.I haven't experianced the loud noise other reviews have mentioned, the fans run pretty quiet for me.Very easy install. And the USB port is 2.0, not 3.0. But it stated that on their page, so that isn't a knock on the product, just a heads up for those who might not notice.

Keep looking.
Well I enjoyed this in the beginning that’s for sure but it’s been a nightmare for the last few days. Very, very, very loud and even when the Xbox is off it just, starts up whenever it thinks it needs too for however long it wants. Anyway it got so loud today I removed it from the Xbox it was very warm and smelled hot/ chemically 🤮. Also one of the little prongs on the opposite side of the USB port broke off not sure where because my Xbox is in an entertainment center and never moved except for cleaning. Overall I do not recommend, I say just keep your Xbox in a decent to well vented area and you shouldn’t have an issue with it. If they make some performance improvements like not being on when the Xbox is off and not being a plane on takeoff with the fans.

Keepin Cool
This USB cooling fan for my Xbox One X is like a lifesaver for my gaming sessions! It's like having a mini breeze while I play, and I feel like I'm on a tropical vacation, except I'm in my living room. The three cooling fans are like the ultimate squad, keeping my console from overheating and making sure it stays chill, just like me. Plus, with the extra USB port, I can charge my controller while I play – talk about multitasking! It's a must-have accessory for any serious gamer, and I'm officially cooler than my Xbox now!

Wouldn’t recommend
About three months in, it makes the worst noise ever. Takes a few minutes for it to stop. And sometimes it just doesn’t work. This thing isn’t built to last long. It also turns on randomly when my Xbox is shut off. You’ll be sleeping in bed and hear aaaaaaattttttttttttccchhh…. Scares the crap out of you the first few times. It seems like the little fan does blow the hot air OUT, it does not blow cool air IN. The middle fan is the one that keeps getting stuck, making the god awful noise. And low and behold. My Xbox still is over heating. After looking into it, it seems to be an issue with a few specific games. And I’m sure the console needs to be blown out with canned air. I just wouldn’t recommend this… especially for this price point. You can go to marshals, Ross dress for less, Walmart or dollar general and get a little fan to blow on your console, for half the price of this one.
