Are these grown in Poland?

The package only says grown in Europe, doesn't specify a country. However, they are at the very least processed and imported from Poland. I used them to make kapusta and it tasted exactly how I remembered it when my Mother used to make it. I would contact the seller though - the description says "expires 05/2018". Not sure what that means.
