This is a great product for little ones. We use it to help calm my daughter down at the end of the night since she has trouble falling asleep. I even tried it myself and felt the effects of it calming me down mentally and physically. The flavor is delicious and they aren't super chewy which I like so it's like half the chews it takes for a gummy bear which is a great feature so little ones won't choke on it!
