After pairing it with tv, it always caused the amazon to show UPDATING REMOTE on screen. Everytime same thingAnd then all of sudden, Battery status would go away, and remote won't work

Conclusion : Good Product, Recommended to buyI was waiting for a free time to write a long review for this product.I have purchased this 3rd gen new remote when my old remote which i have purchase 2nd gen Amazon Fire Stick got damage by drain battery. After delivery when i was pairing new remote to old fire stick its couldn't pairing. 1st day i be try and try. but can't succeed. That time i thought may be product is duplicate, it's like a toy. But i was confused coz seller provided his whatsapp helpline contact number in product box with manual. How to be its fake. Although i was not contact helpline. Next day when i thought deeply i solve the problem and product working like a charm. So if you face same problem like me, don't thought the product is defective. Just follow the following steps.Read Carefully-1st of all you think why you bought this remote? you have three reasons. 1st, may be your remote got damage. 2nd, stolen and 3rd, missing. Each and every cases you knew your Fire stick already pair to your old remote. So new remote can't pairing without unpairing your old remote to fire stick. But you can't do that coz its be done by old remote which is dead/stolen or missing. That time you need to Hard Factory Reset without old remote. and you do that two ways.1st. connect your Amazon fire stick and Android mobile as same wifi connection. go to play store and type 'Amazon Fire Tv Remote'. install it and connect with same wifi or bluetooth connection. may be try to few times to connect. After connect you look the same interface in your monitor which you use your old remote. Now press "setting" (Gear icon) option through mobile remote, go to "My fire TV" and press "Reset to Factory Default" option. After reboot you can pair your new 3rd gen remote within a second. Set TV volume and power option too. Its working very good. 2nd process of hard reset you need Micro USB 2 in 1 OTG Cable for fire Stick Converter Adapter Connector. Keyboard and power Adapter.PROS: 1. Look like original.2. Pairing within a second and Working well.3. Original Remote near about Rs. 2000/- but its price +/- one forth of original.4.
