Shoulder Support System and Neck Support Pillow Combination

Finally starting to like this. It feels more like regular foam rubber than memory foam but it does the job.

This is of good quality. Sadly it doesn’t help my neck and upper trap pain. I bet if your pain is rotator cuff it would help.

this pillow set is quite simple in form and function, yet it works pretty well.basically, its a wedge pillow connected via sewn fabric to a taller rectangular shaped pillow, separated by about a 6 inch gap and then all of that is covered by what is essentially a very large pillowcase. then theres is another rectangular shaped pillow that comes with it in case you want further elevation for your head and neck. the pillows are made from a memory foam type material, the wedge pillow has an indentation seemingly designed for your body when sleeping on your side. this makes sense, but kind of hinders larger people who may want to sleep on their back at certain times. BTW, i'm a big guy - 6ft3in and 200 plus pounds w/broad shoulders, just FYI...the whole system is fairly effective. while sleeping on my left side (how I usually sleep) my shoulder and part of my arm lies in the gap between the two aforementioned pillows, thus relieving much of the pressure and stress on the shoulder and deltoid region. I have not used the extra pillow that comes with the system yet, I use 1 or 2 of my own pillows for further elevation and support of the head and neck.again, I like it thus far and find it effective. this product is also less expensive than more popularly known/similar pillow systems.the con is that the pillows are only connected by a piece of fabric, so either can move to a certain degree while you are sleeping. other systems I've seen are constructed in one piece so theres little to no chance of this happening.other than that, I have no issues with it as of now.I do recommend it...

The angled cushion was so hard it hurt my ribs, very uncomfortable, quit using after 2 days. They claim it breaks it and gets better, but bruied ribs arn't worth it. It does relieve pressure on arm so does what it says but the head pillow slides all over won't stay in place on top. There are many varied sized sleevez that can be removed to adjust head support height but due to previous nentio ed design flaws, would not recommend. If it truly gets better, how about beating it in before shipping so it is not hard on ribs and you should have velcrow to kerp head pillow in place

Lower “wedge” is not a wedge. There’s no tapered incline under your torso, just a heaping wad of padding that cranks your spine. Nice idea, needs massive improvement. Back pain takes mind off shoulder pain, that’s about the only shoulder improvement experienced

Can't complain. Definitely prevents shoulder pain, except if I toss and turn but that's on me.

My husbands shoulders had surgery. The firmness was EXTREMLY helpfull for his healing.

You can buy a $200-$300 shoulder injury pillow that will do a better job, but this is great for the money. It took some time to figure out the best way to use it. As other reviews have mentioned, the foam piece that sits below your arm is quite firm, so you need to get into the right position for it to work. Sometimes I have to scoot the bottom pillow as far down as it will go before I lay down.
