Great quality and easy to adjust. These match perfectly with our brushed nickel hinges and swapped in perfectly for a standard hinge. Broad adjustability on these hinges. I got carried away at first and the door was closing so fast, ankles were at risk of injury. Dialed it back a few notches and the door closes more gently but does not latch which is fine for our application. This two pack was very affordable and the hardware provided was better than what I removed from the stock hinges. Would definitely buy again if my wife requests more doors in the house be self closing.

The instructions were VERY clear about tensioning these the right way, but what I really needed was something to keep doors open. My cat LOVES to play around doors with her stuffed mice and constantly traps herself in bathrooms and such. I didn't need massive tension, just enough to gradually move the door back to open and these worked perfectly fine. They're a little different than other loaded hinges I've used in the past in the way that they're tensioned but it was easy enough to figure out. I used one hinge in the middle of each door. My mounting was identical to what I had before so the swap was only a couple minutes. Good stuff!

he Luxbaro spring hinges are solid, well‑made, and include all the hardware you need. The only downside is that the screw holes didn’t match the ones on my existing door, and drilling new holes while keeping the door aligned is harder than it sounds. Replacement hinges with the same hole pattern were impossible to find, and I couldn’t locate replacement springs anywhere. So I ended up using the springs from these hinges to repair my old ones — mixing parts from both. It wasn’t a straightforward job, but it worked perfectly. If you try this, search YouTube for “Self closing door hinge repair” and make sure you have the right tools for removing the tension pins.

I bought these for interior doors, and they work great even though they’re a little larger than standard interior hinges. I had to do a bit of chiseling with a flat chisel and hammer to get the door to close properly, but it wasn’t difficult. I installed one hinge on each door I wanted to stay open. My Roomba has a habit of going into a room and then trapping itself by closing the door. These hinges completely solved that problem. The door now stays open unless I intentionally close it, and the self‑opening action is actually pretty funny If you need a simple fix for doors that drift shut, these hinges do exactly what they’re supposed to.

Kind of good, I dont know if they will hold up long term. I found after a couple days we needed to tighten it up. First week it would latch the door, but it does not anylonger. It still closes the door to the frame though.

Love these. Used 3 sets at my son's house to make sure the dogs don't get out if the kids don't close the doors. I recently used 1 to gently close bathroom door at night after my many trips so the night light doesn't bother me.
