My experience with this washer and dryer is not exactly a friendly one, and I realize my experience is probably not the norm, however the washer arrived nicely boxed and packaged, but the unit was dropped at some time before it got to me. The right rear foot was pushed into the unit causing a slight dent at the bottom of the unit. And for whatever reason the dryer does not start right away after finishing a drying cycle, it sits there as dead as can be, then after a delay, and random button pushing, it has always started back up.

I know what a small load is but this machine can’t handle 4 t shirts and two pairs of underwear.
I just got it. It jumps across the floor with three pieces of laundry in it. It is probably the worse purchase I have ever made.I can’t imagine what it will do when I put in 4 towels.

HORRIBLE WASHER AND DRYER! DO DONT PURCHASE. CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. BRAND NEW, SQUEAKS VERY BAD , OVER HEATS AND TURNS OFF. WILL NOT TURN BACK ON UNTIL IT COOLS DOWN. VERY LOUD. WOULD NOT HELP ME OUT AT ALL!WORST PRODUCT AND A WASTE OF MONEY!
