Do you have to cut a hole for 1 of the waste outlets?

1) Right angle in 1st outlet . 2) t piece in 2nd outlet . Measure straight pipe and cut to join both together. Use rest of straight out of t piece and 2nd Right angle on the end of pipe to angle down to waste tank .

I take it the outside dia of the pipe is 28mm

It's a standard fit for most caravan waste water outlet.
