Best Customer Service!! Love Quip!
Orig. had an issue where Amazon had sent me the wrong product/color twice. But Amazon’s customer service was super helpful in helping me request a replacement directly through the manufacture due to me already attempting to exchange it twice. Quip was very understanding and replaced it for me with minimal questions asked. Quip’s customer service is the best! Oh and I love the water flosser too!! :)

Died after 6 weeks. Excellent Water Flosser. Easy to Use. Poor Quality Pump
Update January 2026 - Great Design. Easy to use. Poor quality. Decided to try again. After 2 months died. Same issue as below. So much potential. Poor Quality Pump.Update: Died after 6 weeks. Press the button to pump the water. Bzzzz. Then stops. Charges for hours. Won’t pump. Nice product. I should have heeded the other reviews indicating lack of quality. Short life span. Will contact quip. Hopefully they will replace.I switched from the cordless Waterpik to the Quip and am extremely happy. It is easy to fill and empty. More comfortable to hold. I have seen some complaints about the reservoir not holding enough water. On high I need to fill it twice. Super easy to refill. On normal lasts for the entire cleaning. Battery life is very good. It's easy to clean. Slight learning curve with the first couple uses.

Great for travel!
Purchased for a 2 week trip- it worked great, never needed a recharge using it at least twice per day. Easy to use, not cumbersome. Often had to refill water if using the high setting, but it was so easy, even that didn't bother me! Great for travel!!

Lightweight and practical, with great build quality, a single-use reservoir and no USB-C
It is highly practical, and very easy to use, with a good quality finish. The only suggestion I would offer the brand for the future is to switch the charging port to USB-C. Additionally, prospective buyers should note that the water reservoir holds just enough for a single wash; I occasionally refill it to use it twice. While I haven't been able to fully test the battery life yet, it appears to be very good, and the device is both lightweight and portable.

Stopped working after 3 weeks
Pretty disappointing, stopped working after 3 weeks. Sounds like it’s running but no water coming out. Bummer.
