I was advised to go on these by a nutritionist and I have never looked back. Because they are multi-strain they sorted out my digestive problems with the help of beef broth. Great product.

For those who Casein Intolerant... these contain Casein.
I'm sure these are good probiotics, but apart from containing traces of lactose, it would be useful to also to warn that they contain traces of the protein Casein. I am intolerant to Casein and was ill after taking just 3 capsules over a period of 2 days. I checked online and even small traces of Casein have bad reactions... and Bio-Kult was stated to contain traces of Casein.

No me Sirvio. Empecé a sentir dolorosos piquetes en los pies. Muchos usuarios se quejan de lo mismo. Lo suspendí, ahora tomo kéfir de coco. No lo recomiendo.
