Is the one unit gives stereo sound?

It does give stereo sound. It includes two audio drivers. One for left and one for right.

Why the white colour is cheaper than the black? i hope the white colour is not a refurbished speaker.

The white is not refurbished, it is new.

Does anyone elses device stop playing at maximum device volume?

Never happened. I own two speakers, one of these for more than one year and I keep them at maximum volume most of the time. Contact Oontz support, they are very prompt.
