I get the same type of consistency of curd when I add milk powder to my home made curd. I basically paid Rs. 100 for milk powder curd

Skyr gone bad , be careful about puffed packs
While i have had skyr before and it tastes heavenly but this particular pack when i ordered it arrived puffed which is bad , and once i opened it well it had gone bad.
