Had this a few weeks. At first I thought I felt a difference but now I’m not so sure as I’m still walking round with a bad back. Not sure of the actual quality of it.

I've only had it for one night. But seems to be a case of it is what says on the tin.

These are great I’ve bought 4 now for me and family. Helps with aches and pains and sleeping. Brilliant. Just put on the bed where feet are (under the sheet) and forget about it.

I’ve seen a lot about the effects of earthing on the body so was excited to try this.It’s like a little mat that measures 30x100cm it’s made of soft pu leather & goes beneath your bed sheet. It’s completely silent & easily cleaned.I suffer with insomnia stemming from adhd & my partner has 2 degenerated discs in his lower back. Grounding mats are meant to help with sleep & reduce pain so thought it would work well for the both of us.I have noticed any difference in my sleep habits but I have noticed I feel calmer. I will continue to use this and update with any changes I see
