Very tasty chocolate

All Callebaut chocolate is premium. I use the callets for my truffle filling and the 11 pound blocks for the coverture. One can’t go wrong with it.

Really good quality chocolate and tased excellent when making Dubai chocolate cups and bars. Really pricey but you get what you pay for I guess.

I buy this for personal use and it lasts for 3 months, I use it in pancakes, muffins and cake and they are so good and I have tried many other companies and theirs taste like sugar, but this one taste like a very high quality chocolate

Chocolate not stored properly. Mine is melted and looks like it has bloom on it. I have big clumps of chocolate not callets. Very disappointed. Please do the right thing and replace this product for me. Chocolate is very expensive!

These are the milkiest chips, with hints of Carmel, melt great, adds a new level to cookies and desserts

We use these chocolates for baking and regular consumption. I seem to really like the taste of these chocolates. It's very possible that Ghirardelli is not far off from this but I like the small sizes so I can consume small portions.

I have purchased this multiple times over the past few years, and the quality is consistently outstanding. The only issue (extremely minor) with this purchase is that the bag no longer has the great sealing mechanism of previous bags, so you'll want to store the contents in an airtight container (or vacuum-seal) if you don't plan to use the entire package in a month or so.
