They are exactly what I wanted
These rugs are soft and smooth. They weren't rolled up, they were folded but they layed down perfectly. They do not slide around. I haven't had them long enough to wash them. My 4 year old pit bull has arthritis and I wanted her to not slide on our hard wood floor and these work great! They are also beautiful but that wouldn't be a game changer. My needs are what's best for my Pumpkin. These work perfectly and get 5 stars!

Machine Washable
I actually like this runner. Its soft and fluffy as you walk on it as its similar to the round one that I purchased. Unfortunately, this was intended for my sister who can't use it as it does not match her decor now so had to return it.

Lightweight
The rug is perfect for my needs. It should easily go in the washing machine without any problems. However, if you are looking for a heavier, more dense rug, this is not for you.

Would buy again @ $17.+ but not worth $40 which was the price when I wanted to re-order I think there is a term for that

Amazing washable rug for pet owners
Pet owners this is the rug for you. I bought this rug a week ago and unfortunately my dog had bloody diarrhea on it last night. The smell and stain were so bad I thought it would never come out but since it said washable I took a chance on washing it. I used Dreft stage 2, oxyclean with odor fighting, and shout gel stain remover. I left the shout to soak on the stain for 5 minutes after I scrubbed it with the brush that is on the top of the shout bottle. Took it to my laundromat and the stain came out in the first wash. It needed another wash to get rid of the odor but now you can't even tell where the stain was at originally. I am so impressed with how well the rug held up and it looks like it did when I first bought it. Love this rug and recommend it to any one with pets! I included the before and after pics of my rug to show how well the stains came out! Sorry for the gross image but wanted to show how bad the stain was before washing it.
