A must for those trying to pass the FE on their first try
I unfortunately did not find out about Learnova until later in my FE study journey (about a month or so before my exam date). But I'm glad I found it. I had been using other study guides and watching FE prep YouTube vidoes, but it still felt like something was missing. Especially since I was not scoring high enough on my practice exams. In my opinion, the best parts of Learnova are not the hardcopy study guide itself, but rather the practice problems and exams. The practice problems are divided not only by chapter, but also by topic so you can solve just about every type of problem that could be encountered. The practice exams are a bit more difficult than what you'll encounter on the exam which is exactly what you need. I also love how responsive and open to feedback their customer support is. In a matter of days, they took my feedback to format the exams to be similar to the actual FE, and in my inbox came 3 more practice exams ( you get a total of 4) with my requested format. The hardcopy itself is perfect for those who are just starting out on their study journey, especially like me who have been out of school for a long time an needed a refresher. I love the large font, bold titles, and bullet points which makes it much easier to read. Overall, this is a must if you want to pass on your first try, you won't be disappointed!

Informative!
This book provided valuable insights, even though I'm not preparing for a mechanical exam, I manage my own homestead and frequently hire a handyman for electrical work on my rental property. During his visits, I take the opportunity to observe and ask questionsto expand my knowledge. Many of the concepts he has explained align with what is covered in this book. I've particularly benefited from the sections on AC/DC circuit applications, which have deepened my understanding, and the explanations of static friction types. However, I found the mathmatical aspects, especially those related to electrical circuits, quite challenging. I would recommend this book to anyone interested in learning more about mechanical or electrical work.

Study Guide for FE Mechanical Engineers
"FE Mechanical Exam Prep" is a great study guide if you are looking for some extra help with the FE Mechanical Exam. The author compiled this guide to explain how to use the book before discussing the actual FE Exam and what to expect. There is even a chapter with strategies to help prepare you for the exam, how to develop a study plan, and even time management tips for reducing text anxiety. The book has over 1500 practice problems and solutions located online, not inside the book.

The FE Mechanical prep exam book was great very helpful for anyone getting ready for the exam. This book prepares you by helping you make check lists of everything you need it has great references and breaks everything down into sections explaining what they are. Misleading
The front page of this book is very misleading - it advertises 1500+ practice problems and 35+ hours of video lessons, but the practice problems are all emailed to you in a PDF once you scan a QR code in the book, and the "video lessons" are just recommendations of videos to watch on YouTube. The main upside is that the beginning of the book offers helpful test taking tips and stress management, and there is a very large amount of problems to go through. However, the solutions for some of the problems are seemingly wrong, or they use formulas that aren't anywhere to be found in the formula sheet for the exam. This can make going through the practice problems somewhat frustrating, and I could never tell if the information I was gaining from the practice problems was actually correct. At the end of the day, when you buy this book you're basically just paying for a PDF and some YouTube video recommendations. If you're going to invest in a review book, I would recommend Lindeburg or another peer-reviewed one.
