Great to help me with my new year resolution to lose weight
I had put it up so I can use it to help me lose weight and plus i only taken it when I go to work on Monday-thru Wednesday to get me through my work shift and also to help me exercise on the machines as well and also help me watch what I eat as well and give me a full burst of energy and motivation as well to get me through each work and my days as well

Not effective as appetite suppressant.
Disappointed. I did not have increased energy or a suppressed appetite. If anything I was more hungry and snacked constantly. During the 1 month I took this supplement, I gained back the 14 pounds I lost using Ozempic for 4 months. This formula is to take 2 capsules per day. The caffeine is 110mg, when the daily average for those who consume energy drinks or coffee throughout the day consume an average of about 400mg or more of caffeine. The only active ingredients worth being in the supplement is the DV% of Thiamine 1,000% at 12mg, Vitamin B6 500% with 8.5mg, and Vitamin B12 at 1,000% at 24mcg. I do not recommend this product if you are looking for something to continue to supress snacking on sugar and salt between meals after you reach your goal weight. You get what you pay for, this supplement didn't cost much and didn't do much of anything after taking for 30 days.

1) of course they won't work 🤷🏻♂️😂 and 2) it clearly states that u CAN'T return them. So save ur self the time and money. For realz
