Vitakraft Sandy Bird Sand, 1 x 2.5 kg

I buy a bag of this to mix with other sand as I find it a pit too pricey, I have a huge cage and would need a bag every other day and just couldn't afford to use this on it's own, it's lovely white sand with a pleasant aroma, makes my living smell nice as well.

If I had a big bird cage it may be a bit expensive but I only need one use so very happy with the white-ish sand

Very nice aviary sand, if a bit costly. It has oyster shell so that makes it more expensive. May get plain sand in future, if I can find a suitable quantity. Most bags are too heavy for me!

My birds love it. All quail. will definitely buy again.

The bag the sand is provided in was split along its seam, top to bottom. The sand had leaked out of the corners of the amazon box. reported to amazon but not eligible for refund. the small amount of sand left in the box was excellent quality and very free flowing but £10 for a cup of sand is rather overpriced. I am mostly disappointed that the delivery personnel delivered a box with sand poring out of it!
