Instead of removing the product in such situations, it is recommended to temporarily loosen the straps. Furthermore, we do not recommend wearing the posture corrector while sleeping.

Just got it today, feels great so far, but surprised that package says wear only 2 hours while reviews say you can wear all day. Which is correct?

I believe I read somewhere that you start off wearing it for short periods of time at first, and gradually build as time goes on. So for the first 2 weeks, wear for 30 minutes at a time, a few times a week. Then after a few weeks, wear for an hour, and after a few more weeks, wear for 2 hours, and so on. It’s a personal preference really. If it feels good, and it’s ok with your doctor (in case you have any issues) I don’t see why you can’t wear it as often as you would like to.
