Great bike
I am very happy with my bike it is just what I need I put this in my boot of my care travel a round in my car and when I get to my destination I get my bike out and I go cycling around different places it's fantastic delivery was Early easy to build I would recommend this bike if you go on holiday I went to Great Yarmouth last weekend and I put it in my boot and when I got to Yarmouth done some cycling down to the beach it's was fantastic

I would like to give it 5starts but after 3 weeks the throttle disintegrated so now its a pedal asist bike

Rusted caliper on brand new bike!
Bought this e-bike (and front basket) to get to and from work, put together as per instructions and first time riding (downhill) the front wheel came off causing me injury. Went back and forth with the company for weeks before someone (I paid) looked at it and it turns out this brand new bike had rusted off in parts so the brand new bike was faulty. After so much back and forth I got the money back for the bike but they kept saying I’d receive the money for the basket but I’ve still not received this! The part that was rusted really should not be rusted for a brand new bike!! Health and safety hazard!
