Great for event venues
These guys are used in our coffee trailer for events where we know there will be large volume of hot drinks needed. We can TRUST these ti keep milk warm enough for hot chocolate! That is HUGE in event venues!

Great product holds liquid hot for longtime. Could be better plastic base but over all worth it.

Stay away, do not buy from the company and their products
Horrible customer service, the spigot part broke and it will be take 20+ days to ship from China, and their excuse is that it is costly to keep the replacement part stock here in a warehouse in the US. They should have built it into the cost of doing business here in the US. We also have their cup sealing machine, and will never buy their product again. Would not recommend.
