I got mine authentic with TDRA labeli think many times before i order since i read too many issue in the feedback section. but im happy with my purchase it came sealed and 100% legit when i check the serial and activate it. 💯

Cannot activate the product
The unit I received from this seller was not legit I cannot activate it to the app. I already spoke with the Insta360 support and according to them this product that I bought might be stolen or refurbished as it has different serial number from the box and from the unit it self. Really disappointed and I had it issued for return!

No official support when buying from Amazon.ae
Couldn't activate the camera so had contact with support, they told me that amazon.ae is no official dealer of this camera so no support. They recommended me to send it back and order it elsewhere. Big bummer! Bad service from Insta360, never had anything like this. Too bad because the camera seems awesome!

It’s an unauthorized seller.
I was not able to activate the X4 camera, contacted the insta360 technical team and they mentioned that they can’t activate the camera cause it’s bought from an unauthorized seller.

İhtiyacı olanlar için güzel bir cihaz, 8K 360 derece video ve fotoğraf çekmek isteyenler için ideal. Ancak gece çekimleri için tercih edecekseniz çok tavaiye etmiyorum, gece çekim performansı yeterli değil. Gündüz çekimleri için ise mükemmel, dilerseniz aynı anda hem 16:9 hem 9;16 video da çekebiliyorsunuz. Zamanında teslimat.

Best 360 camera I’ve owned
Great upgrade from my One X 2. The extra resolution allows me to reframe in a normal aspect ratio & not look too low resolution like my last camera. The colours & dynamic range look great too. The screen is big & bright. Not much to complain about apart from the insta360 marketing which made it hard to tell if it was actually a good camera or they were talking it up by pressuring YouTube reviewers.
