Hi, these are MIL-32432 Ballistic Rated as well as ANSI Z87.1+ High Impact Requirements. The minimum lens you should use for airsoft is ANSI Z87, so these exceed the minimum requirements for airsoft. I personally use these and they have taken a few direct hits to the lens without any issues.

Can the headband be easily removed or are they attached to the glasses? It's hard to tell in the picture. Thanks.

The headband is not firmly attached to the glasses and will come off with a gentle pull. This is one of the reasons I do not recommend these as goggles. They work well as glasses otherwise, but they are really small and there is no cushioning for the bridge of your nose.

can I change the glasses to my medical glasses??

I think they are too inexpensive for prescription lenses.

Will they fit over eyeglasses?
