Didnt even work for a month.. waste product
worked fine till the date of return and replacement .. initially i thought it may be because of network issue im getting disturbance while using the earband , but after switch my call on speaker there is no problem at all. what kind of product amazon is selling? such a huge disappointment. while charging charging sign goes off in second. waste of money. connectivity problem, and didnt work for a month also. no durability .

Harassment in the name of warranty service.
The media could not be loaded. Think twice before purchasing any product from Amazon basic. Product is cheap so is the quality. Unfortunately if the product stops working, and your climbing your warranty service, the apppario people will simply harass you. Since the lot last fortnight they have been requesting to send same video again and again. This is the message I am getting from them since last two week."Greetings from Appario!We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you in this regard.Kindly help to share the below details of the product which is not working. So that we can assist you further.Please create a video by explaining the exact issue with the product that is not functioning properly with in 20 MB.So that we can assist you further."I think one should buy something Amazon basic product if they started offline service centre. Otherwise you forget about the warranty service. This is totally disturbing service facilitated by Amazon.

Fraud
Either the seller or Amazon and the seller jointly are cheating the customers here. Because in my case, the product stopped working after two months of using it.While making a warranty claim, the seller is asked to share a video of the 'Amazon Basics' logo on the product. I did not see any such logo on this product.Now I understand what fraud is going on here. Duplicate one was sent in original box with warranty card. Many of us start using it without knowing it.When it comes to warranty they require the logo compulsorily for the warranty process and we all fail to prove that it was on the parcel we received.I've seen several reviews here about an unresolved warranty complaint.So, I feel the best way here is to file a group complaint in the consumer forum against both the supplier and Amazon.
