Metal Dice Set for DND - Cthulhu Round Hollow Orb Design for Better Rolling

They were a gift for a friend of mine's birthday. She loved them! They are exactly what they claim to be in every way. Solid set of dice, not flimsy or cheaply built. They roll well, make a cool jingle when you have multiple in your hand, and the design is fantastic. I know the price tag may put a few people off, but if you are into D&D or even just board game/games that utilize these type of dice--go for it. You won't be let down and you'll have them forever.

I ordered the “Ancient Bronze Cthulhu” dice, and I like the look of them! They do indeed make satisfying jingly sounds when held or rolled together, and they’re very light and rounded. It’s nice to have a d4 that’s not a caltrop. They really aren’t hard to read, though they come with directions and a linked video. I also like the Cthulhu faces with green eyes like little idols. I can’t guess about their long-term durability, but they’re cool!

Ever since I started playing D&D a few years ago, I have been collecting dice of all colors and styles when I can afford to and this are very beautiful and lightweight. I was able to get this with one of my YouGov Survey Gift cards so I don't have to feel too guilty buying these. What brought me to them was the odd shape promising for more random honest rolls than the standard plastic dice which from my testing confirms that. I love that they add little bumps to allow the dice to come to a stop so you can read the number that you rolled. I love the finish on both the frame and the gold numbers. With the larger sided dice it is hard to tell there is a design behind the numbers but with the D4 and D6 dice, you can see a dragon. Now for the jingle sound advertised, you do have to roll with other dice in the set to get the sound, they are hollow on the inside so when they cling together they sound like small wind chimes. When I have more spare money, I think I might buy more from this seller.

So pretty! Love how they roll. They sound like bells when you roll multiple at a time. Durable yet light weight! My favorite dice to use as a player!

These dice look great and are very eye catching. I gave them a 4 because unless you are using a dice tray these have a tendency to roll oddly and change direction often falling off the table. The d20 is sometimes hard to read because the numbers are smaller. I’m not sure how reliable they are in terms of randomness. One die rolled the same 2 numbers over and over but successive game play did not replicate the event. Also they make a chime sound when rolled together that is neat but after playing a few sessions with them they seem to work better with individual dice rolls. Overall if you are looking for a unique set of dice to liven up a gaming session you can’t go wrong with these.

These feel like really high quality dice. They have a very satisfying jingle to them and they’re pretty easy to read. The dragon motif kind of fades into the background behind the numbers and isn’t too distracting. My biggest complaint (if any) is that the color is very slightly more green than I expected.

These are beautiful and make for a wonderful gift. Very unique.

Received my dice today and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Soar Forge for making a premium product. Dice are lightweight and easy to read and the rolls are pretty random and fair!

I just received the revised version of these dice and I am quite pleased to the improvements to the d20. The new d20 is about 25% larger and now lands clearly on the intended number and is much easier to read the number now. Customer service was quick to respond and very efficient and professional. I can gladly recommend these dice wholeheartedly now.

My only complaint is that the 12 and 20 sided die don't fit down a dice tower I purchased. For some reason they are slightly bigger than the average dice. The dice themselves are great.

My daughter said she uses them on a soft dice roller mat.

Really cool looking and are pretty sturdy
