This is perfect! I have an injection that I have to keep refrigerated. I used this in my checked bag to Europe (the ice pack option) and it was still cool when I got to my hotel! For car rides, I just use the cool water option and it works great. 10/10 highly recommend

This is the real deal! I have ordered many others that have failed epically. This sweetheart has the freezer pack (bio gel) and the cool water pack, it came with a thermometer too. The bio gel freezes and stays cool for a long time, amazingly it keeps insulin at a consistent temperature during really warm times and cold times. IT'S MAGICAL! I am so happy with this purchase. I did order extra bio gel packs to have them as we are frequently in motion. It is bulky to where it doesn't fit in my purse, but fits perfectly in the cup holder. Again, so happy with this purchase, it gives me so much peace of mind! I have only been able to squeeze 3 pens in it, but that works for us.
