My wife has been using these for a around 3 months now. She's noticed a huge difference with how she's feelings, especially the constant fatigue she had prior to taking these. She was sceptical about how effective they would be but says they've changed her life. She also has had her first natural period in years. Definitely worth a try if you have PCOS and Amazon tends to be the cheapest place to get them.

Not enough to make a difference
Not really a fan of these. I am not super keen on the taste or the texture. I wish I had done more research before purchasing because they don't have much in them to make a real difference apparently. I won't buy them again. They are expensive too. But easy to swallow and use I suppose.
