These gummies taste good, are easy to use, and have a great price compared to other brand creatine. Just got them so can't say about effectiveness yet.

I’ve only been using these creatine gummies for a couple of weeks, so I’m still waiting to see noticeable changes in my performance or recovery. That said, I absolutely love them so far! The wild strawberry flavor is delicious, and they’re super convenient—no mixing powders or dealing with chalky textures. I’ll update once I see results, but these are off to a great start!

I used to take 5 grams of creatine powder mixed in my water or tea before working out. These gummies are easier to take and way more yummy than the powder. The wild strawberry flavor of these is delicious, and it feels like a reward for doing the workout. I am experiencing all the benefits I am used to getting with creatine, and I’ve had no negative effects from these gummies. The gummies taste fresh. Those were the pros. Now for the cons: I don’t see any third-party testing or GMP-facility certifications, which is troubling to me.

These are a great way of getting in your daily creatine supplements. The gummies have a nice flavor and texture, and I look forward to taking these every morning. I haven't experienced any negative effects whatsoever from taking them. I definitely recommend this supplement.

Thought this was the feminine gummie, not the muscle. Not what I typed to search for but was the brand I was looking for, not the product.

Haven’t tried it yet due to there being white crystallization on the gummies. I’m not sure if it crystallization or mold and they are all stuck together. They smell great though. Does anyone know if they are still okay to take?

These taste great, very fruity. I began taking creatine for weight gain and muscle building and these gummies don't disappoint! I love the resealable bag they come in.
