Optimox Iodoral 50mg 90 tabs by OPTIMOX

I was told a few years ago that my dry itchy eyes were a result of my age and so I must use drops. After researching, I discovered that my thyroid was just borderline which meant hormones were struggling. I’d read “The Iodine crisis -What you don’t know about iodine could wreck your life” by Lynda Farrow so I started taking 12.5 mg of iodine a day but saw little results. So I tried these 50mg along with the selenium and other supplements that balance iodine and was delighted to discover that instead of using the Viscotears twice a day, I was down to maybe once a week and then twice a month! My digestion seemed better( I have IBS) and I was sleeping at least 7-8 hours without waking as opposed to 4-5. And my basal temperature was a healthy 36.7 most days as opposed to 36. I no longer needed to wear Woolly bed socks to stop my feet freezing in bed and find I get far fewer colds and sniffles. I wasn’t aware that the extra oestrogen that women take via the pill and HRT can negatively impact their thyroid, leading to unpleasant side effects and weight gain. I took one 50 mg tablet a day for a few weeks then reduced it to one every other day. If my temperature goes below 36.5 I take it daily for a while. Everyone has different needs.of course, so it’s wise to check with a health practitioner before starting in case your thyroid is over active, in which case I don’t think iodine would be good. Accordingly to Lynne Farrow it’s been used over 15,000 years to treat infections, colds, pneumonia and other illnesses. I believe she runs a UK help centre for using it with breast cycsts and breast cancer after healing herself from the latter. It can give you slight headaches and palpitations to start with, so it’s better perhaps to start with a lower dosage and work up. I believe it’s very helpful for men too as it rebalances their hormones and supports heart health apparently. But do remember that you can only take specialised iodine like this internally and NOT tincture of iodine which is only for external use and is toxic if taken internally. You’ll find you have lots more energy if you’ve been iodine deficient, as large swathes of the western world now are because of our diet etc. An extra benefit is my eyebrows have grown back. Every woman needs her eyebrows!

Please read in to taking iodeine.. in 50mg iodol there is 20% iodeine 30% salt.. dont just jump to them.. a friend told me about the iodeine crisis book so i decided to read it and after i brought iodeine.. i had to go doctors and have a full blood count done and it came back that my thyroid levels were over active i also noticed i was losing alot of weight.. before taking these i was fine.. never suffered with my thyroid in my life. Ive got to go back in 3 months to have another blood test to see if my throid has gone back to normal which hopefully it as as ive stopped taking the iodeine for around 4 weeks now. I must say they do give you energy i think they would only be good if your thyroid shows the opersite to what mine did.. please read into it as they have messed up my thyroid gland.

Arrived next day. One of previous was a dude,(different suplier) but hope this one will work well.Generally this product keep me free of pms and my skin is improved. Also not loosing my hair that much.Took away one star as price for whats is just an Iodine is outragely high, and that applies to all sellers.

After a 1 year of supplementing iodoral my thyroid nodules shrank from 2cm to 1cm and thyroid hormones levels are at optimal level. Before, my thyroid was underactive. Please remember that Iodine needs to be taken with Selenium. You should never supplement with Iodine only.
