My husband I absolutely love this product. We both lift, ride mountain bikes and walk a lot, and this has kept us hydrated through all our workouts. I fill my Stanley twice a day and add this deliciously flavored electrolytes powder both time. It’s definitely our favorite!

I love using these electrolytes. I add them into my. BCAA powder and water before my daily workouts. I also use them when I’m going to be drinking alcohol. I tend to feel the effects of being dehydrated rather quickly. Since I began adding this to my regimen, I have not had any issues.The flavor is great and it dissolves well.

This is my top hydration drink. I eat a dirty keto diet and drink two of these a day. A LOT of the other drinks have 4-10 carbs per drink. No offense but I would much rather eat my carbs than drink them.

The company reached out to provide a full refund, so I have bumped up the rating. Hopefully they reformulate this product to be fully soluble (likely be removing either the calcium or the phosphate).This product was lower cost than other creatine supplements and it includes electrolytes? It sounded like a deal too good to pass. But now I see, some of the electrolytes are not soluble and result in a chalky suspension that is a bit difficult to drink. From now on, I will stick with pure creatine monohydrate and then add Lite Salt or No Salt from the grocery store if I want electrolytes.

So far so good. I only use like a 1/4 tsp and there's a very subtle basically non noticeable salt taste. I mix that in with 24oz water. I can see how a stronger dose might be offputting but the blend seems good so maybe just sip on a smaller dose throughout the day and you'll be fine if you don't like it.

Best sugar free electrolyte powder out there. I dislike the Liquid IV's for their sugar content, plus they are somewhat expensive. This is the best sister to that brand, and I dare say it's better. I use it daily, it definitely helps with hydration and a little energy boost. I've purchased the orange and the lemon lime one, I really love the orange. Goes well mixed in with other stuff too.

It's okay. I use a lot of different electrolyte powders and drops, and the flavor is okay but it just doesn't dissolve well. No matter how many much you stir or shake, there's always leftover powder--more than any other brand I've tried.
