Text of the insets appear below. It is 8"x10". The 8"x10" version has no text insets about practice and will come with a separate print out of the practices. OM is the essence of all mantras, the origin of all creation, the energy that pervades the universe. OM represents the cosmic consciousness that is in each of us and all around us. Meditation on OM opens our innermost being to the vibrations of that higher reality.
