I really like this flavor protein in my iced coffee. It's my go to every morning. I've had zero gut issues with this brand and I have a very sensitive stomach. I can't tolerate a lot of things so to find a protein that works for me is pretty exciting. It's very easy to digest. It mixes really well with my milk using a frother and then poured over coffee with ice. There is no grainy texture or quality to it. It also smells so good! I really enjoy this protein powder.

They could tell me they lied and there isn't any nutritional value and I still wouldn't care. It tastes that great, I'm blown away.

Seriously tastes just like Cinnamon Toast Crunch. This is insanely delicious. It mixes so easily. I mix a serving of this in a reduced amount of water (10ish ounces) and pour it over ice and espresso for a delicious iced coffee. I personally don't even have to add any additional sweetener or other coffee syrups. It's also perfect on its own. Bonus for using a serving of it over cereal as a milk alternative. Silly, but way more protein than milk alone!

Macros are great at only 110 calories. Taste is not bad but also nothing great. It taste like a watered down version of cereal milk, if you don’t like your protein shakes too sweet then this is probably for you. I personally wouldn’t buy again. Also not good for things like overnight oats.

This stuff helped me tremendously through my first trimester of pregnancy. I had a difficult time eating breakfast first thing in the morning but would become violently ill if I didn’t. I was able to make it through most mornings without becoming sick thanks to this protein drink! The Cinnamon Toast flavor is amazing and reminds me of the milk you drink after eating Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal

I have always liked this protein. But I made a mistake. The last time I bought birthday cake, fruity pebbles I didn’t know they combine the flavors. It wasn’t good fruity pebbles is good though also, I wasn’t crazy about the cinnamon cereal flavor . Fruity pebbles, cocoa, pebbles, and chocolate peanut butter are great.

Dymatize ISO100 is one of the best protein powders I’ve used! It mixes easily with no clumps and tastes great without being overly heavy or chalky. It’s super smooth, easy to digest, and perfect for post-workout recovery. Definitely a high-quality isolate that I keep coming back to!

My husband loves it so it was worth it.
