Great computer for media rendering
Arrived quickly in double boxes with styrofoam for padding. Initially had an issue booting it up. Opened up the box on the side with a window ( nice touch) only to discover that there was only an optical drive there. I emailed the seller who responded within minutes explaining that the hard drive was behind the back plate. I opened the back and located the hard drive. Still didn't boot up, emailed the seller again who responded instantly (this was after 7pm) saying to check the connections. One connector on system board wasn't pushed all the way in. Pushed it in and it booted up. Seems a very good PC. 5 stars to the seller for their quick response time and helpful attitude. I will be using it for VMs and media rendering which it has ample resources for.

Even as a budget PC this is a poor choice
I purchased this as a home PC for general browsing and occasional gaming. It was delivered in good time, but although the packaging was intact and seemed to have suffered no damage, the PC itself arrived with a warped casing and the front panel partially popped out. It wouldn't even stand upright on the desk without wobbling. Although it did boot up and run, I found its performance very poor even for its specs. Even just playing Youtube videos it struggled, taking a couple of seconds to switch in or out of fullscreen mode. Its fan made a constant high-pitched wavering tone that sounded like it was struggling to breathe. The one game I tried to run on it, Fallout 4, was a slideshow in terms of framerate. And in the week I owned it, it hard-crashed four times, all while doing nothing more strenuous than web-browsing.
