Would still be a bargain at twice the price
A fantastic, solid looking tap. It looks as though we should have paid twice as much for it. You may find it helpful to have a plumber install this as you may need a reducing adaptor to fit the 1/4” pipe for a water filter. The design allows for plenty of space for your hands to wash dishes etc compared to swan neck styles.

Perfect faucet for the money.
We are using it for 1 year and i have to say that it is perfect. Easy to install. Material looks good quality steel . We chose it because we have a filtration system under the sink.

A quality product.
The Avola kitchen tap is one of the best products I have ever bought on line. It functions extremely well giving a great flow in a gravity system and as well as looking well it was very easy to fit. Considering the quality of the product the price at under £100, was remarkable. I would have no problem recommending this product.

Weird threads on the fittings
Beware the fittings on this. The inlet for the filter water is a tiny little nozzle that will not take UK mains pressure. If you want to change that nozzle-good luck. We went to a local plumbing store to find an adapter and the manager had never seen the thread type before so no adapter. We ended up buying a different tap at half the price of this item

Unable to fit tapes
I have had a plumber at my home today to fit the tapes you supplied to me.Unfortunately the thread on one set of the tapes, on the securing bolt that screws into the tape housing that the filtered water runs through, has not been cut properly. I am unable to screw the fixing bolt into the tape housing.Would it be possible to send a new threaded securing/water filter bolt so I can fit the second set of tapes?

Elegant kitchen mixer.
Very pleased with this mixer tap. My plumber fitted it and said that it was easy to install. I would have preferred a lever on the filtered water tap but it's OK.
